Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Infynax Labs ("Engage", "we", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use the Engage platform at engage.infynaxlabs.com. By using our platform you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as account registration details, billing information, and template content. We also collect usage data automatically including IP addresses, browser metadata, and in-platform event logs for security and performance monitoring. WhatsApp message content is processed transiently and is not stored beyond delivery confirmation.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used to operate the Engage platform, process WhatsApp message delivery via the Meta Cloud API, provide billing and account management, detect and prevent security threats, and improve platform reliability. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days following account termination, after which it is securely deleted. Message delivery logs are retained for 30 days. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by applicable financial regulations.

4. Data Security

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. Our infrastructure is SOC-2 security aligned with quarterly third-party audit cycles. Access controls follow the principle of least privilege with full audit logging.

5. Third-Party Services

Engage integrates with Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API for message routing. Message payloads pass through Meta's infrastructure subject to Meta's own data processing terms. We also use Stripe for payment processing and AWS for cloud infrastructure, each governed by their respective data processing agreements.

6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your jurisdiction you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. You may also object to or restrict certain processing activities. 7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary session cookies for authentication and optional analytics cookies (with your consent) to improve platform usability. You can manage cookie preferences via the consent banner shown on your first visit.
